RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and labels
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Special order products
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Consumable products
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable

Faulty or Damaged Products

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Outdoor Man may offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store Credit
  • Refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing may take between 7 and 14 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was supplied incorrectly
  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged during delivery
